[ Return and Refund ]We accept a return new or unused condition products within 15 days of delivery. Buyer must contact us and receive Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number), will be issued by us within 5 business days. Buyer must receive RMA number and return the product within 1 week to us. If returned products have been installed, used, painted, or modified (not original condition), we will unable to accept returns even the original condition is not correct. If the returned product is not original condition (we do not accept to return), we will return the buyer the product. The buyer must accept incurred costs. A refund will be issued after the retuned product receives back us. The refund is processed within 1 week. All return products are required 20% restocking fee, and the buyer must pay return shipping fee and incurred costs. We are unable to refund original shipping and handling fees. We do not accept a cancellation and an exchange at any time.
[ Shipping ]All products are made to order after buyer’s payment is received and will be shipped out when the products are completed. Please allow few weeks (around 5-6 weeks) and more to ship out the product. However, we are trying to ship out all products before expected days. Oversized products are shipped out from our warehouse in the States, and domestic shipping fee will be charged. We do not accept to ship the products to PO BOX OR APO/FPO. All international buyers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes and incurred costs.
[ Shipping Damage ]We pack all packages carefully to prevent damages. However, shipping damages may occur during shipping. Buyer must inspect packages and products upon receive and accept the shipment. If any damages are discovered to the packages or the products (such as crushed, torn, or broken boxes), then notate the damages to the freight bill or receipt with the carrier driver. The buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier’s damage inspector to inspect. The buyer must receive shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer’s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as we from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. All damages must been noticed to the carrier and us within 24 hours. The carries will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged products after damage inspection in case of the damage with the notation on freight bill or receipt. Replacement value is not negotiable (the amount is the buyer paid). All disputes about the settlement amount and manner should be addressed with the carrier. We under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
[ Cancellation and Exchange ]We are unable to accept all cancellations and exchanges at any time. If buyer needs to cancel or exchange the order please follow “Return and Refund” section.
[ Installation ]All products are required professional installation and paint. The products are made closely fitment to the original vehicles. However the products may be necessary to adjustment and modification for correct fitment. Please be pre- fitment the vehicle before installation and paint.
